9. CCTV Footage
  • Security cameras are located at the entrance of our venue and at key egress areas on the ground floor per our council permit and liquor licence requirements. There are no CCTV cameras in the upstairs play areas. The footage is stored locally on a high-end, multi-level encrypted system which has extensive data access protocols while the system is active and if the hard drive is removed from the unit.
  • We may be required by law to provide this footage to the Victorian or Government police.
10. Staff Access to Data
  • These systems are all password protected, accessible only by senior management, who have signed non-disclosure and no distribution agreements, enforceable by Australian law.
