This workshop is designed for singles and couples who are attending their first party, are interested in swinging, or who might have attended a party and unsure how to navigate the space physically and psychologically.
Learning in person brings something no AI or video can replace: real human connection. In a live workshop, you can feel the rhythm, read body language and get immediate feedback that helps techniques click faster and more naturally. You also learn through shared energy, laughter and trust-building confidence, connection, and community alongside skill. For something as interactive and partner-based as swinging, learning together in the room makes all the difference.
It is common to be apprehensive of the unknown and potentially even have expectations of your experience. We will explore saying no with ease and confidence, how to approach others and how to set boundaries with your partner and others. Understand how to feel comfortable to find what you like, and how to explore. Swinging, open relationships, and non-monogamy can bring plenty of vitality to an individual and relationship.
